HOPEFUL HERO comes to us from a small organically run family farm, La Finca Esperanza (Farm of Hope) in the San Martin region of Peru. An interesting and complex coffee, we often tell people “It has a lot going on!” The combination of sweet milk chocolate and cherry is evident from the first sniff to the last sip, and the finish is lingering chocolatey malty goodness. This is our best selling coffee for drip, and we also like to recommend it to more adventurous espresso customers as a single shot.
