Drowsy Dragon is a Brazil bean which means it’s going to be nutty and chocolatey. We take it to a pretty dark roast which enhances the chocolate and lowers the acidity…think heavy walnut note with a touch of dark chocolate.
It’s simple and bold—the boldest decaf we have tried, and it pairs well with our other drip coffees for a half-caf
